Books

Books may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are:

• Unread

• In their original condition

• Free from damage

• Returned with proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Blind Date with a Book

Because Blind Date with a Book packages are curated and individually wrapped, all Blind Date purchases are final saleand cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can make it right.

Preorders

Preorders may be canceled for a full refund before the order has been processed or shipped. Once a preorder has shipped, it follows our standard book return policy.

Merchandise

Unworn, unused merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery in its original condition with proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll work quickly to replace the item or issue an appropriate refund.
